There are four lovely bedrooms, each with its own 3-piece bath, ceiling fan and air conditioner.
Two upstairs, oceanfront rooms are each equipped with king-size beds, dressers and large closets.
On the main floor is a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles.

open concept
living area you
first see upon
entering.  It has a
magnificent ocean
view, past the
lovely tiled
"terrazza" and
swimming pool.    
This beautiful, curved
staircase takes you closer to
the forty-foot ceiling and to
the second floor where there
are two spacious bedrooms
and a large terraza on the
leeward side of the house
(great for sunbathing on
windy days).
To the right, you can
see a games table, bar,
chest freezer and the
door to the en-suite of
one of the main floor
bedrooms.
The dining
room has
seating for
ten.
The open concept kitchen is
large and bright, with dishes
and cutlery for twelve.  It is
equipped with a double sink,
microwave, gas stove, toaster,
blender and coffee maker.
Seating for the
entertainment area is lush
and comfortable.  There is
a stereo with cd player, a
small flat-screen tv with
built-in games, and dvd
player.
